SpaceBuzz is an educational program launched by the Dutch astronaut André Kuipers, with a mission to make children worldwide"ambassadors of planet Earth".

On Sunday October 13rd, the 50-foot-long rocket-like vehicle arrived in Houston, starting their trip across the US. During this mission, NBSO Texas and the Netherland-America Foundation hosted the launching event,with the enthusiastic participation of members and families. They enjoyed an amazing experience in virtual reality what it’s like to travel to space and see Earth through the eyes of an astronaut.

From Houston, the SpaceBuzz rocket traveled to Washington D.C. were was presented to the global space community at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC).
